This website is operated by FinDestination Fintech Private Limited ("FinDestination", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms govern access to the website and the use of its content and enquiry facilities. Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using it.
Consultation requests are intended for people aged 18 or over who can enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to provide their information and make the relevant request. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use of the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional tracking or unrelated marketing.
2. Information on this website
Content about business funding, growth capital, finance leadership and related topics is provided for general business information. Articles, videos, examples and service descriptions do not take account of your complete circumstances and are not a substitute for an assessment under an agreed engagement.
Nothing on this website constitutes a loan sanction, commitment to provide finance, offer of securities, invitation to invest, personalised investment recommendation, legal opinion or tax opinion. Obtain appropriate professional advice and review the relevant transaction documents before acting.
3. Our role and independent decisions
FinDestination provides advisory and coordination support within the scope of an agreed engagement. A description of a financing route does not mean that FinDestination will lend money, underwrite a transaction, hold client funds or provide a regulated service for which a separate authorisation is required. Activities requiring a licensed or registered professional must be carried out by an appropriately authorised person.
Banks, non-banking financial companies, investors, exchanges, regulators and other counterparties make their own assessments and decisions. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, investor interest, listing, pricing, valuation, transaction timing or any other outcome. Indicative options remain subject to diligence, applicable law, market conditions and final documentation.
4. Consultation requests
Sending a request allows our team to review your objective and contact you. We will respond within 48 hours. This is a response expectation, not a promise of a funding decision or completed assessment within that period. If you have not heard from us, contact info@findestination.com.
A request or automated acknowledgement does not create an advisory engagement, require you to buy a service or oblige either party to enter a transaction. We may seek more information or explain that a request falls outside our scope. Enquiries are not automatically forwarded to lenders or investors.
5. Engagements, fees and responsibilities
Any engagement must be agreed separately in writing. The engagement documents set out the services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and taxes, payment terms, confidentiality, termination and any applicable refund arrangements. They take precedence over these website terms for the services they cover. Website descriptions do not change an executed agreement.
Applicable fees and any material referral or counterparty compensation relevant to your engagement should be disclosed in writing before you proceed. Counterparties may impose their own charges and conditions. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing and authorising proposals, applications and transaction documents.
6. Information you provide
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and tell us about material corrections. Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent your authority or share information you are not entitled to disclose. We may rely on information provided during an enquiry, but counterparties may independently verify it and ask for supporting evidence.
The website form does not request document uploads. Do not put passwords, payment credentials, identity document numbers, bank account details or confidential records in an enquiry message. Where documents are needed, we will agree an appropriate channel. Your information remains yours; submitting an enquiry does not grant us permission to publish your identity, proposal or business materials as a testimonial or case study.
7. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, disrupt availability, send fraudulent or automated spam enquiries, or collect personal information about others without authority. Do not copy or distribute content in a way that infringes rights or falsely suggests an association with FinDestination.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or a legal requirement. Restrictions do not remove your statutory rights or change obligations under a separate engagement.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, illustrations and other materials are owned by or licensed to FinDestination unless stated otherwise. You may read, download or print reasonable extracts for your own internal business reference, retaining attribution and proprietary notices. This permission does not transfer ownership.
Obtain written permission before republishing, commercially distributing or adapting our materials or using our brand to imply endorsement. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law.
9. Examples, past outcomes and external links
Case studies, testimonials and historical figures describe particular experiences and circumstances. They are not representative of every engagement and do not guarantee similar results. Examples and indicative structures may simplify a topic and must not be treated as a transaction offer.
Links to external articles, video platforms, social networks and other resources are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute our endorsement or an undertaking to provide their services.
10. Availability, accuracy and liability
We take reasonable care with website content, but it may contain errors or become out of date. We may correct, change or remove content, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Disputes may be brought before courts or other forums with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing requires you to give up a statutory complaint mechanism or remedy. Any separately agreed dispute provisions apply only within the scope of the relevant engagement and as permitted by law.
12. Changes and interpretation
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing engagement without the agreement required by that engagement. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right.
