How we work
Build a finance rhythm you can run the business on.
From understanding the current numbers to a regular cycle of reporting, forecasts and management action.
Understand the current finance setup
We review how accounts, management reports and cash-flow information reach the promoter today. Working with the existing team, we identify missing information, recurring delays and the decisions that need better support.
What to bringRecent management reports, available cash-flow forecasts and a view of your accountant’s and CA’s responsibilities.
Agree priorities, scope and ownership
We define the reporting priorities, review schedule and responsibilities with the promoter and existing finance team. Deliverables, data inputs and any accounting or bookkeeping work are documented in the engagement scope.
What this gives youAn agreed work plan with clear responsibilities, reporting dates and information requirements.
Build useful reports and forward visibility
We establish management reporting, cash-flow forecasts and budget comparisons around the agreed priorities. The focus is on showing what changed, where cash may come under pressure and which variances need attention.
What this gives youA consistent view of performance and expected cash movements, with assumptions and gaps made visible.
Turn the monthly review into action
We review results with the promoter, explain material variances and refresh forecasts as circumstances change. Agreed actions, owners and follow-ups help connect the numbers with day-to-day management decisions.
What this gives youA monthly decision rhythm with prioritised actions and follow-through at the next review.
